Dear all,

Texas Independence Day is coming on Mar 2. We are going to have our annual dinner on the day before that, which is a Saturday. We will have the venue decided by the end of the coming weekend. For the time being, please mark your calendar for that event, and we hope to see you in the event.

HK$200 deposit per person (Please understand that the deposit is necessary as the potential impact to the coordinators could be substantial.).
Final price depends on the final bill (Estimated to be less than $250, including 2 rounds of drinks).
