Thanksgiving/Christmas Dinner

Our dinner is just around the corner.  If you have not booked now, it is time to do so.

This year, we want to add a little bit of Christmas chemistry into our traditionally biggest event of the year which is the Annual Thanksgiving Dinner.  So this time we will have the dinner in December.  Here are the details:

Date: December 2, 2007 (Sunday) (Please note the date is changed since last communication)
Time: 6-10pm
Venue: Leighton Room, Craigengower Cricket Club (CCC), 188 Wong Nai Chung Road, Happy Valley, Hong Kong (booked under the name of Mrs. P Chan)
Fee: $240 per person for members and $260 per person for non-members

Program:

• Dinner
• Games
• Auction of UT memorabilia
• Gift exchange

Dinner:

• Cold dishes and salad (8 dishes)
• Soup and bread (2 choices)
• Main dish (3 choices)
• Dessert (3 items)
• Coffee and tea
• Free flow of orange juice, soft drinks, and beer
• Roasted turkey on trolley

Participants please bring a gift of value about HK$50 for the gift exchange.
