It is
again time for our Annual General Meeting (AGM). Our AGM is traditionally
held near the Texas Independence Day which falls on March 2 every year. Here
are the finalized details:

Feb 28, 2009 (Saturday, 2 days before Texas Independence Day)

715-930pm for dinner, drink optional afterwards

Fee: About $200 per head (excluding
optional drinks), shared equally among participants

The venue is a famous hot pot
restaurant for its food quality and is visited by many socialites and

Regarding the theme of "Couples
Night", you are encouraged to bring a friend. The person does not need
to be a member of the opposite sex or your significant other. We want to
create a warm atmosphere that everybody can enjoy. Kids are welcome, too.
